As a voucher control agent for the disbursement of construction funds, we ensure all funds being allocated for a project are paid toward services, labor and material provided to the job site. A voucher control agent is required by most lenders approving and disbursing loan monies for your construction.
A voucher control agent works to control, disburse and monitor your construction loan funds. Lenders require an agent of this type to protect the lender’s money – now yours on loan – from being allocated improperly or in an untimely manner.
We’re the link between lenders and borrowers for communicating construction progress.
We disburse funds directly to subcontractors and suppliers assuring proper and timely payments.
We’re a necessary objective party acting in yours and the lenders behalf for payment on contracts and agreements between developers, general and sub-contractors.

We follow all NRS statutes governing responsibilities of construction control companies.
We regularly inspect the job site to Ensure labor and materials for which payment is requested has been provided on the job site.
We file your notice of completion with the county, cutting the mandatory lien period in half (where applicable).
We safeguard against possible liens on the property by collecting material and labor releases prior to disbursing monies.
We safeguard against incomplete work and slow or late payments with a 10% retention if stated in the Construction loan Agreement.
